This has been a fabulous year with an abundance of gorgeous, fragrant Lavender, and bright, cheerful Wildflowers! Many wonderful customers visited us and enjoyed the fragrant calming peace of our U-pick Lavender Farm. We love each of you, and are delighted to meet you, and share beautiful moments together!! We want to thank you for being an huge part of another wonderful year!
Here are a few of my favorite photos that I took at our lavender farm this past summer. Lovely pics of these sweet lil’ girls, a few of our cutest U-pickers, with their beautiful lavender bouquets! Seeing the beautiful smiles of our customers, and the joy it beings them while visiting our farm, is the most satisfying part of our business! It always brings a smile to my face, as I look back on photos of the dazzling, calming beauty of this lovely Lavender flower! I love just taking pleasure in “being in the moment”! I hope it brings smiles for you as well. 🙂
Happy New Year to you and your family!
May it be another wonderful, blessed year for each of you!

Awe…Dancing through the warm lavender breeze at our Lavender DAZE Festival with armfuls of lovely fragrant lavender!
I took this photo early one summer morning just as the sun was creeping over the horizon, such beauty!
This is the time when we celebrate our Wonderful Mother’s, so let’s spend extra time with them, and shower them with love. Thanking them for all they’ve done for us, and all the sacrifices they’ve made. And maybe extend some of that love, wishing a total stranger, Happy Mother’s Day. It is said, “there is a Mother in every woman”! Happy Mother’s Day, love and blessings to all you dear Mother’s out there. I hope your day will be a joyous one!
Best blessings. Lady Lavender
OH…I am giving a free sachet to every Mother that comes to our u-pick farm this Sunday. Mention you saw this post and get your sachet!
A few days of 58’ temps, and it feels like spring. We’ve even started pruning the Lavender and other perennials at our farm. But, we got up today to another winter blast, of 3 ½” of snow! It’s beautiful as I look out at the fluffy white blanket covering the Lavender fields, and watch the sunrise. This is not uncommon for us at the time of year, since our U-Pick farm is 1700’ elevation. I will take today off, and continue our spring clean-up another day. I’m going outside to play in the snow, and build a snowman or “snow-gal, Irene”. Spring’s on its way…for real!!!
This blog is about my day to day life on a Lavender Farm.
